“Working For It” has successfully pulled all theelements into balance. Los Angeles duo They sing on the DJ collaboration, which pairs hypnotic house elementswith some dubstep-style wubs. The track is a perfect marriage of Zhu andSkrillex's dynamic, richlylayered styles.For fans of both DJs, the collaboration had been highly anticipated following a surpriseappearance by Skrillex during Zhu's set at Australia's Stereosonic Festival in2014. At the time, Zhu'sidentity was still shrouded in secrecy, and many left the set believing that Zhu was actually Skrillex indisguise, a rumor that was quicklyrefuted.
Early this year, the17-year-old rap sensation, socialmedia don and toast of the internet Rich Chigga has jumped onto thishit. Shared on burgeoning music site 88Rising, the track finds Chiggaspitting monotonous venom over the original zany production from the massiveelectronic artists, as you canhear above.
ZHU & AlunaGeorge – Automatic

"Testarossa Music" was first premiered by ZHU back in Mayduring his BBC Radio One afterhours mix for Pete Tong. The track is grounded ona funky bass line, over somejazzy keys, reverbedguitars and spacey synth chords that mesh with the soulful voice of Gallant andZHU's high pitched falsetto. Their voices blend together effortlessly as onetransitions into the other on verses and in the chorus.
